Customers should always follow the directions and precautions printed on product labels — including the use of gloves and avoiding contact with eyes and skin where indicated.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photographs. Verified claims will be replaced or refunded.
Returns are accepted for unopened products in original packaging. For bulk and distributor orders, specific return terms are agreed in the supply contract. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
